Sparql Proxy - accept query to populate on load #21

The logd drupal page wants to point the user to the sparql proxy if the dataset 
is in the endpoint.

It wants to pre-populate the query string that includes the appropriate named 
graph so that the user has a focus to start querying.

new feature is enabled by SparqlProxy version 2010-09-26.

    append "&ui-option=query" to a SPARQL query result to see the actual query.
