Add Bazaar support to Project Plugin

Received this feature request from a user and am noting it here as a possible 
future enhancement. 
After briefly checking it out it looks like it should be pretty straight 
forward to add. Though I am 
not yet so sure about how much of the distributed features of Bazaar can be 
supported by the 
current interface.

I agree.  The functions that are handled by the current interface don't look to 
be very different at all, but there 
are a lot of features that just won't be supported.  It might be a good idea to 
add something to the source 
control classes to be able to add menu options to the context menu.

I started and checked in a rough working version of support for this control 
system today.

Its working but still has some bugs to work out, will have it finished before a 
version 0.3 of the plugin.
