Cannot get the english language to work and firefox problem

- installed EUDE and filled in the install screen selected en as i want the 
english version. when logged into site the menu does not work. if i reinstall 
an select the fr lang then it works fine ( i dont understand french sorry) Also 
when using firefox it constantly logs me out as admin and i have to login 
twice. login works fine in google chrome but menus still same.

"Server location" set with: 'http://imperial501.webfreehosting.net/'
And need to be '/'

- Btns:
go to http://imperial501.webfreehosting.net/EAdmin.php
And select last button on page (Regnerate button)
[Should need chmod 777 on /tpl/lng/en/btn/ ]
