Wondering if somehow that feature would be possible ? using Feedflow with a 
SOCKS5 proxy would be very appreciable in my case :)

I believe Windows gadgets will follow the proxy setup of IE. Have you tried it?

Thanks for your reply ; nice idea ! it seems this method works, but only for 
the Windows RSS default gadget...

No luck with Feedflow so far :(
