just downloaded and message says manual downloaded needed click her, but only gadget and themes on page

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What operating system/feedflow version you are using?
windows 7 / v.0.4.7

URL of the feed with the problem if there is any: none added my first feed ok

Please provide any additional information below.

As said in title, just downloaded feedflow, and after I added my first feed a 
message has appeared in feedbox above my first feed saying manual download 
needed click here, but page I am taken to just gives options of redownloading 
feedflow or themes.  Thanks

I would say some kind of firewall blocks the gadget from accessing update 
servers since only you have the problem.

If I am not wrong I have put an option to disable update messages in the 
settings somewhere.
