Unable to seek on some file #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a MP4 file with 29.97 fps
2. Create a MP4 file with 24 fps (save codec and setting than the previous one)
3. Open and seek

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Both file should be seekable, but only the 24 fps file work.
The 29.97 one is stuck at 'Decoding Frame' with a 100% cpu usage

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FFInputDriver: 0.7
Virtualdub: 1.10.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Both file work fine with ffmpeg (they were encoded with FFMPEG to begin with)
and play correctly with other player. Only the codec fail to decode it.

I have attached one of the file not seeking
