File browser reports error on inaccessible disk drives #178

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the filebrowser
2. Try and open a disk that's inaccessible (say a DVD drive with no disk)
3. Error is reported "MochiKit.Async.XMLHttpRequestError:Request failed"

Filters out floppy drives (A: and B:) since these would cause the most 
problems, and
are irrelevant anyway. Also ignores device-not-ready errors.
