Doesn't handle non-ASCII characters in file names #208

Non-ASCII characters in file and directory names are misinterpreted and
cannot be opened from the search results.

A Swedish ö is represented as %EF%BF%BD, which is not even UTF-8 (?).
Internet Explorer shows a square, and Firefox shows a square with
hexadecimal numbers in it.
