Advanced search: Error when viewing second page of results if a file format is chosen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose Advanced Search
2. check a file format box, i.e. 'Word'
3. search
4. select the 'Next' link to see the second page of results

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Error: The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it
from fulfilling the request.
Go back to previous page"
