Error message while connecting to "program GPS port"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. check "progam GPS port" setting in Windows Mobile's "external GPS" 
config
2. Set "read GPS data directly" from "program GPS" port
3. Run tracking

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Got "Can' open GPS port. ERROR 0" message appears, but tracking works fine 
after I tap OK.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

issue only in version 4.2
tested on WM6.5 lite version from jotte.
eten x650 PDA device

Version 3 had no error reporting at this point.
There seems to be an error in setting baud rate or timeout. Baud rate is not
necessary on internal gps, timeout may work with default timeouts.
Please can you copy the attached GccGPS.dll in the GCC program directory and 
check
again. It has a more detailed error reporting (-3 ... -6 instead of 0). Then I 
will
decide what to do. Thank you for your assistance.
