No Custom background or froeground color

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. copy the two files into gpscyclecomputer dir
2. start gpscc
3. gpscc stays black with white foreground with black background

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
gpscc shoul show white background and red foreground, like the files attached.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.3 on WM6.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Both files used to work in 4.2

Sorry, version 4.3 has here a little bug.
For workaround copy the two files in the root directory of your device (/).
