GPS time adjustment setting changes by itself

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to "Options\Kml/Gpx" and set "GPX time adjustment" to -2
2. close application (exit)
3. restart GCC and goto "Options\Kml/Gpx", it is now set to -1
when you close GCC again it will be set to 0

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The GPS time adjustment should stay at the chosen value

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v4.8 (it also happened with v4.6), windows mobile 5.0
