Hi and thanks for this very usefull program !

I use it without any problems on my HTC P3300 WinCE5 Phone, however,

I cant launch the program on my MIO M610 (WinCE5) no error message, nothing
happend .. I'm not an expert but maybe a DLL or something is missing (Because
MIO GPS runs on very light WinCE OS!) Can i know wich DLL or file is used by
GCCV2 to run correctly ? i may try to add these files on the Windows directory
or something...

Many thanks by advance!
Thomas.

Hi Thomas,
GCC requires .NET COMPACT FRAMEWORK 2.0 or higher. Run Windows\cgacutil.exe to
get information on the installed .NET.
It also requires a touch screen - on devices without touch there are missing
some essential functions in the OS.

Hi Klaus, thanks for your fast reply !

I tried to install .Net Framework 2.0 but the device is not correctly supported
by activesync and can't launch .CAB files directly on WinCE so, i have no idea
how to perform installation!

The solution would be making GCCV2 using the necessary .NET files in a
specified directory and find a way to extract the DLL and other files from the
.CAB and put these files in this specified directory.

Thats really annoying because my GPS is a 7" tactile tablet but MIO uses very
lightweight WinCE systems and lot of application don't run because .NET is not
installed.

(Sorry again for my poor English speaking)

Hi Thomas,
how did you install GCC if you can't execute .cab files? Try the same with the
.NET install packet. But choose the right .NET packet. It is specific to the
device or at least to the processor inside the device. Maybe you find better
assistance in a device specific forum.
I changed the status to "invalid", because it is no issue of GCC.
