Can't sending quote twit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Reply someone tweet
2. Click Quote
3. Send it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Got this error :

at version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Can you reproduce the bug for any other tweets?

yeah its very strange :( , but sometimes i got connection closed and SSL error 
like this one :
