Improve the Update window #65

I think the update window could be improved in the following ways :

- Add the avatar for the posting account on the left of the message box, so you 
can identify quickly which account you're posting with. I've been bitten a few 
times with the fact that I simply don't read which account is selected in the 
select box.
- Move the "Add Image" next to the character count

I attached a mockup of such an UI. What do you think?
