Add an field "Date/time of last report" to the table (also web-generated) #250

It will be much more convenient to monitor if client is running.
Because if client is stopped accidentally it writes nothing into log-file, so 
the last log lines looks like
[17:03:57] Completed 429400 out of 499375 steps (85%)
[17:21:25] Completed 434400 out of 499375 steps (86%)

and report looks like client is running fine.

This is already supported.  A client will be given a Hung status once it hasn't 
made any further progress in an amount of time.  I won't expand on how that 
determination is made because it's too complex to explain quickly.
