Add option to customize location of cache files

What enhancement are you proposing?
An option to specify location(s) for (cached) log- and project 
information-files so that C:\ is less used or not used at all.

Any SSD-owner would benefit from this due to much reduced wear-leveling.

What is the expected output for the proposed enhancement?
Option within the preferences to set location(s).

What version of the product are you using?
0.6.2

This file folder is based on Operating System specific folder locations.  HFM 
uses the "user" application data folder so the current user is assured write 
privileges to the folder.  If you wish to change this location this will effect 
all applications and the entire operating system.

Marking this issue as Invalid because this is by design for HFM and the Windows 
operating system.
