Eliminate need for patch #2

A patch to trunk Mediawiki code is still required as of 1.13.2 for full
functionality. Ideally, there should be no patch needed.

The patched code includes:
Preview Protection (EditPage.php)
Search Results Protection (SpecialSearch.php)
