Sound (and, as a result, clicks) disabled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start marave
2. Editor displays message that sound support is not available and that
sound is disabled.
3. Button for music control is disabled and does not appear

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

No message + sound + UI button

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.7, installed from tarball on ubuntu 10.04

Please provide any additional information below.

Since I installed from tarball, I wonder if I am not just missing a
required python sound library or something.  If that's the case, then
please let me know and feel free to cancel this issue.

Probably you are missing python-qt4-phonon.

Awesome - thanks for the suggestion.  I will try installing that package this 
evening
at home and then post an update.  Great work, by the way!  I love it.
