Conduct all feature tests on the following operating systems before releaes

1. Mac OS 10.7.3
2. Windows Vista
3. Windows 7
4. Debian 6
5. CentOS 6.2
6. Ubuntu 10.04
7. Ubuntu 11.10

   Tested both 2.2.0 & 3.00 versions 
     -- PHP 5.3 version - works
     -- PHP 5.2 version - works with updated build script to handle the
        new classes that were added for issue #50

Article deletion was not tested before -- test failed.  

Test failed on article delete since, two places "Page" class was being 
instantiated with old constructor parameters instead of using the new 
PageFactory class.  Article deletion was not tested before. Code updated to fix 
this.  

Need to restart testing.

     -- Issue identified: When editing protected page settings,
        attachment box is displayed.  This should be suppressed.

Updated code to suppress attachment list box display when page protection 
settings are being updated.

reporting user and restart testing.

     -- If user was viewing audit log and logs off, isAuditLogViewRequireLogin()
        functions throws error, since, it protected page settings. 
        -- Updated code to fix it.
