Article deletion was not tested before -- test failed.
Test failed on article delete since, two places "Page" class was being
instantiated with old constructor parameters instead of using the new
PageFactory class. Article deletion was not tested before. Code updated to fix
this.
Need to restart testing.

settings are being updated.

-- If user was viewing audit log and logs off, isAuditLogViewRequireLogin()
functions throws error, since, it protected page settings.
-- Updated code to fix it.
