Change the identify box outline/fill color #13

Change the identify box outline/fill color from orange/orange to red/none. 
Also, increase the outline weight (i.e., it's too thin) to that used for the 
dynamic zoom box, or higher.

I do not think this is what was meant - I think we where looking for a red 
outline and no fill.  Right now it's a pink outline with a transparent pink 
fill.
