Minimize button does not work for pop-up windows #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right-click a data layer name in the "Available data layers" window or 
"Active data layers" window and click "View metadata." A pop-up window will 
appear with the data layer's metadata.
2. Click the minimize button on the metadata pop-up window. The pop-up window 
does not minimize. The minimize button does not work on any of the pop-up 
windows, including the HTML Help and PDF Help.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that the pop-up window would minimize after clicking the 
minimize button. Instead, the window does not minimize after clicking the 
button.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Tested MORIS v. 0.35 on Windows 7 and Firefox 3.16.15.

Please fix or remove the minimize button entirely (preference would be to fix 
the button).

These windows are actually iframes wrapped in a pretty blue panel to match the 
rest of the site.  It looks like the minimizable functionality isn't up to par. 
 So I've disabled it.

Minimize button removed from metadata, html help, and PDF help windows. Tested 
with Chrome 14, Firefox 6, IE 9, and Safari 5.1 on Windows 7.
