Simplify the Data Export Wizard

The Data Export Wizard should be simplified to enhance user experience. The 
proposed enhancements will also negate an unreported bug that occurs when a 
user downloads an individual layer from the Advanced section at Step 5.

To simplify the Wizard, eliminate Step 5, which includes the Advanced-Download 
individual layers section. At Step 4, replace the "Next" button with a "Finish" 
button that, when clicked, executes a download routine whereby all files are 
downloaded as one ZIP file. This download routine should be the same routine as 
the one currently executed by clicking on the "Download everything as one ZIP 
file" button at Step 5.

Please also do the following to simplify the data export wizard:
1. Remove the ability for users to sort ascending or descending and turn on or 
off columns in step 3.
2. In step 4, rename Keyhole Markup Language (.kml) to Google Earth file (.kml).
3. Remove extra scroll bars visible in Chrome and Safari in steps 2 and 4 (see 
attached screenshots).

Oops.  I broke all the exports.  You'll be able to get to the enter-a-filename, 
but you won't get anything back.  I'll report back w/ a fix tomorrow.

Try now, please.  I added the filename field to the last page of the wizard 
instead of asking for it in a pop-up.

This looks good to me:

1. Step 5 was removed.
2. The Next button was replaced with a Finish button in Step 4.
3. The columns in Step 3 can no longer be sorted.
4. Keyhole Markup Language was renamed in Step 4.
5. The extra scroll bars visible in Chrome and Safari have been removed.

Tested with Chrome 14 and Safari 5.1 on Windows 7.
