Add ability for user to add all data in a folder to the map or to the list of 
data layers to export (if folder is next to bottom in hierarchy).

This works for folders in the available data layers window, but the layers 
appear in the reverse order in the active data layers window. Could this be 
changed so that the layers are listed in the same order (i.e., the layer listed 
first in the folder is also listed first in the active data layers window)?

This doesn't work for me for folders in the data export wizard.

Tested with Chrome 14 on Windows 7.

Good catch Emily, I forgot to check the export wizard, I only checked the 
map/active datalayers piece.

Verified. I can now add a folder of data in the export wizard and the layers 
are listed in the same order as the folder.

Tested MORIS v. 0.77 with Firefox 8 on Windows 7.
