Name extracted GeoTiff with SDE name #45

Name extracted GeoTiff with SDE name instead of layer title. For example, "NOAA
Chart Barnstable Harbor.tif" would be "NOAA_NOAA_13251_1.tif"

I assumed that it was OK to leave the folder name alone so that it matched the
name in the mapper's layer list. I only changed the final filename.

Here is a sample table of contents from a Zip that contains a .shp and a .tif.

Works for me. Can someone else test and move to verify if satisfied?

This isn't working for me. The output GeoTiff is still named with the layer
title. Tested with Chrome 14 on Windows 7.

Works for us. The exported GeoTIFF is now named with the SDE name. Tested MORIS
v. 0.62 with Chrome 14 on Windows 7.
