Add a metadata link for each basemap #50

Add a metadata link for each basemap so users could read more about the basemap:

1. Google Terrain: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Maps
2. Google Satellite: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Maps#Satellite_view
3. OpenStreetMap: http://www.openstreetmap.org/

These 3 baselayers have a little menu callout that launches respective metadata 
pages.

Works well, but do only those 3 have metadata?  If we supplied other URLs could 
you add them?  It looks odd to only document a few.

If there is a link active I could probably change it if I knew where in the 
code to look. I don't know if I could add a link if there isn't any at all 
though.

That works. Charlton, would you please a metadata link for all the baselayers?  
If we don't have a decent link, we can either add the best link we have or 
comment out that section of the code (or do whatever is needed to make it 
disappear).  In the meantime, we'll come up with some sort-maybe URLs.
