Add maximize button to data export wizard window #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the "Export data" tool.
2. If the browser window is small or a user has many toolbars and menu bars and 
less website space, the user cannot easily navigate through the data export 
wizard. A user cannot make the data export wizard window smaller to fit the 
available space unless the user can move the mouse cursor over the bottom of 
the window. Adding a maximize button so that the window fits the available 
space would allow a user to more easily navigate through the data export wizard.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that the user could maximize the data export wizard 
window to fit the available space. Instead, there is no maximize button.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tested MORIS v. 0.35 on Windows 7 and Firefox 3.16.13.

Current workaround: A user may turn off the web browser's toolbars and menu 
bars or resize the browser window to have more website space. The data export 
wizard window may also be resized. To resize the window, move the mouse cursor 
over the window edge, hold down the mouse button, and drag the window edge to 
the desired height and width.

Worked for me for data export wizard, html help, and PDF help. Tested with 
Chrome 14, Firefox 6, and IE 9 on Windows 7.
