Enhancement - Optionally force the setting of the author name. #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just visit the site
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If no "author name" is set then issue a popup to ask for it so that any 
pages are assigned to usernames.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

For Rhino.fog: Which site? There are many sites that use Open Forum.
