Drag and Drop configuration

This is probably the most important piece of current work.
The task is to create abstract:

...drag and drop capability to the Wiki
...drag and drop objects in the form of moveable layers
...objects that can be configured using forms
...object relationships in the form of moveable arrows and lines
...process relationships
...structural relationships
...object and relationship persistence

To convert the models created using these abstract object into
configuration of Wiki elements such as processes and structures

To allow the models to be packaged into objects so layers of processes and
structures can be built
