Blank page served when server busy #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make the server processor busy
2. View a forum page in a browser

What is the expected output?

The page

What do you see instead?

A blank page

This could be due to a time out in the connection router. I think it times out 
if it
is not routed within a short period.

Fixed in release 2.3 . Router time out set to 10 seconds
