Authorisation checks not done for editing and saving attachaments #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a new Browser instance to clear login details
2. Open an EditText page on a text attachment
3. Make cnages to the file and Save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You should be prompted for login on editing and saving
but you are not
