User groups disappeared from Administrator page! #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a new group via Administrator page.(There were 9 groups of users 
previously entered and were displayed on the wiki).  
2. As soon as the new group is saved. Return to the Admin page, all 9 
entries disappeared.! 
3. Please investigate asap.

What is the expected output?

What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?

On what operating system?

What JVM?

Please provide any additional information below.
