Images with capitalized extensions not recognised #73

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attach an image to a page with a capitalised extension eg. picture.JPG
2. Add a reference to the image [picture.JPG] in the page
3. Save the page

What is the expected output?

The page should display the image

What do you see instead?

The page displays a link to the image
