As with trigger.sjs, get and post sjs

Add build.sjs, making the page build process configurable.
This would enable fragments specifically for syndication to be possible.

Make same source available using multiple style sheets. Thus pages could be 
created
for use on small screen devices etc.

Pages could be made static (empty build script)

Pages could be given different build policies (pre gzipped ?)
