Set MAC address for Container #215

Reason: To configure the MAC address.

Description:  Sometimes we need this one; for example, logzilla needs a 
specific MAC address for licensing purposes. We ordered a license first, then 
assigned a random mac.

To topicstarter:
Do you use VETH-based network for VEs? If so, you cannot create such VEs from 
openvz-web-panel interface (v1.7, I haven`t tested 2.0 yet), right? But if you 
can create VEs manually from HN`s commandline than you can assign any MAC 
address for netif inside VE.
