Rescue overzealous un-Windowsification #33

There a number of things that could be going wrong with the following
revision, but I am not entirely sure of what is its proper place in the
context of SDL/Win32 (or just Win32, really).

What revision is that?
Either way that should probably go to Remz, I'm not set up with SDL yet and I
ought
to concentrate on the other branch.

Done: keyboard is fully operational in text field.
The only thing that is not back from our Trunk version is the Windows clipboard
support (CTRL-C, CTRL-X, CTRL-V) because it's not portable and SDL doesn't
provide
any wrapper. Farewell clipboard.

There was also something to open a link in the web browser. I really don't
think that
SDL provides that, but it would be pretty easy to do and self-contained (a
single
function that takes the URL to open). It's also something that if we don't have
an
implementation for the platform we're on, we can just have it do nothing.
Shouldn't
be too hard to do on both Linux and OS X.
