Default server not displayed #55

In the "options" screen, the default server should be displayed, but
there's nothing. This is in the quadra-sdl branch.

Hmm... There is no default at all. If we can't get the version.txt info, there 
is no
default, so it's blank.

If you don't have Internet access to get that file, maybe you won't have access 
to
qserv either?
