Highscore Update Crash 1.2.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. updating highscore list quadra crashes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect to see updated version of highscores, instead quadra crashes and 
turns multiple colors before shutting out entirely

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.0 / 1.1.8
windows xp

Please provide any additional information below.

this only occured with version 1.2.0 when i brought the new file from 
1.1.8 into the folder to upload my level 52 game because it would crash 
everytime using 1.1.8 to update. but now i have deleted the file out of 
the folder and it still keeps crashing when updating.  

Maybe a highscore list by version could be made available using 1.2.0 or 
later versions, this could bring some new light to players playing single 
player games again.  You also made available a 5 minute sprint version, 
there should be a highscore list for that?
Lets make that happen  ? :D

I found the bug yesterday, a bit late, I think I managed to fix it in r532. 
I'll see
about getting another release candidate out, and you can try that out.
