Losing revision history across a move #153

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
2.
3.

I creating a file revision by uploading a 'new' version of the same file. I
downloaded it to do so.

In the first screenshot you can see the revision history, and the download
history of version 0.1, where I downloaded the file.

I then moved the file to a test project. In the second screenshot you can see
that the revision history was retained, but the download history of version 0.1
was lost.

Then I copied the file from test project to website project. It copied the
current revision, and didn't bring along any history or earlier revisions.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

1) The download history for earlier revisions should be retained when a
document is moved between projects.

2) Optionally bring revision history along in a copy or a move of documents.

What version of the DMSF and Redmine are you using? On what browser and
operating
system?

Stable 1.1.0 redmine-dmsf in Chiliproject 1.3

Yep this should be improved, but it requires data structure modification so it
must be carefully implemented.
