Moved documents change the ID #155

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I uploaded in a folder 2 files, creating document n. x and n. x+1
2. I opened document x, creating a new revision changing also the folder: in
the new folder the document-id is still x
3. I opened document x+1, than I selected copy/move icon; I selected the same
folder I used as destination in the previous step and then I MOVED the doc
there: the document-id changed fro x+1 to x+2

So I started with document id's "x" and "x+1" and finished with the same
documents numbered "x" (ok) and "x+2" (ko!)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The change of the document reference after a MOVE causes all {{dmsf()}} macro
unable to find the referred document, and we must rememberer where these
references has been inserted to update the macro

It'd be logic if a moved document retains his ID (e.g.: moved from folder x to
folder y with document-id "x+1" as after the creation)

What version of the DMSF and Redmine are you using? On what browser and
operating
system?

Redmine 1.2.0, DMSF 1.1.1
