Send documents by email don't work #159

Hello all,

I need some help.
When I click "email" button, I enter all information in form, and system says 
"email sent".
But email never arrived !

Download button works normally. Zip archives are good.

I didn't find any option/parameters concerning email.

How DMSF send email?
Do we have to open specific port number on the server?
How to simply check everithing is ok?

FYI: We use a Microsoft Exchange server to send normal Redmine email 
notification.

redmine = 1.2.1
dmsf = 1.1.0
OS : Linux ubuntu server 10.10 (bitnami redmine virtual machine)

This is related to new Redmine. It was fixed in r245, but still not part of 
stable release package. Will be released on Monday 10.10. so please wait till 
then.
