File Reopen Check Interval not sticking #48

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit - View Options
2. Log File tab - File Reopen Check Interval
3. Set interval to 1800 seconds
4. Click OK.
5. Re-open View options.
6. reopen interval is set to 0

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the interval to remain at 1800.  Instead it resets to 0

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.2.0, windows 7 x64

Fixed bug that blocked one from having a File Reopen Check Interval higher than 
59 secs.

The bugfix will be included in the next release, whenever that happens.
