Open EventLog dialogue hidden if 'Always On Top' is selected #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.File → "Always on Top" Select Option
2.File → Open EventLog

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see the "Open EventLog" dialogue 
The main window was unselected and would not accept inputs

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.9, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
