MSI does not start #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download one of the MSI installers
2. Run it
3. Confirm UAC request

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:
- Installer showing up

Current behavior:
- Nothing happens
- msiexec disappears from process list after a short time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Tested on Windows 7 x64 and Windows 8.1 x64

There are no install options. It just copies the install-files to ProgramFiles 
and creates a StartMenu-shortcut.

Check if you can find SnakeTail in the StartMenu after installing.
