Feature Request: Highlight the tab of updated files #9

Hi there, I love SnakeTail, it looks like a great tool that is remarkably 
missing from Windows admin (I usually use *nix systems and find the lack of 
tail disturbing!)

One thing that would be really handy to me is for an inactive tab to indicate 
that it has been updated.

I have attached an updated version of SnakeTail, where I add a green icon to 
inactive tabs if new entries arrives.

If the entries are included in keyword highlight the icon becomes yellow.
