Organize platforms by platformType in the UI #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Campaign with more than a dozen platforms: 
http://odss.mbari.org/canon/stoqs_september2013_t
2. Navigating this long list is overwhelming

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The list should be categorized by Platform Type which is already used populated 
in the database. The Bootstrap Collapse plugin can be used with nested 
accordions to accomplish this, but other UI components (that will also work 
well on mobile platforms) may also work.
