Add plot controls for the Parameter-Parameter plots #46

Not all Parameter-Parameter plots make sense to have a liner regression and 
some plots would look better if the axis limits were not set form the 1 and 99 
percentiles extracted from the ActivityParameter table.

Add check boxes to turn off the linear regression and to enable free range 
plotting.
