What is the version of svnplot that you are using ? If you are using older than
0.7.4, please try 0.7.4.

If you still face the bug on 0.7.4, then enable logging. (use -g option to
svnlog2sqlite.py). Please attach the log file

I've the same issue here. I'm using svnplot 0.7.4, who's was working fine
untile a few days ago. It only happens with line count option enabled (-l)

I've attached the output log en debug mode.

please check version 0.7.5. I have fixed many 'file not found at revision' and
'unknown node kind' errors in this release.
