crash with unknown IPTC record num #36

Some of my images have a zero length record 0 which causes TBP to crash.  A
simple fix will allow TBP to skip any unknown records.

iptcnaa.py lines 129-130
add a test to insure a record was returned

This sounds like an easy fix. I will look into it when I got my computer in 
order again.

I'd like to keep the possibility to read these kinds of unknown tags, so a bit 
more
than a simple check is involved. Would you mind providing an example of an 
offending
picture to test this behaviour?

Sorry it took so long.  Anyway here is one of the images.  It's possible that 
this
tag was just a bug in another program since it's empty, that's why I choose the 
easy
soulutuion.
