Write the datetime of modifications #9

Usually when modifying a file, the FileModifyDate tag is changed to the
current date and time. Of course, a user should be able to suppress this.
The obvious place for this would be the getExifData method in MetaInfoFile,
with an extra boolean parameter for specifying whether to honour this request.

Apparently, this is a Exiftool-specific tag and feature. Should we implement 
this?
